Program Delivery Options

We partner with clients to enhance how individuals and teams in their organisation communicate and collaborate to optimise safety, efficiency and reliability.  Program content ranges from minimally customised versions of our established programs, to entirely custom.  Delivery options include online, onsite and hybrid modes.

The majority of our custom programs integrate initial content with continued learning programs and additional/advanced modules to further address  specific needs of the organisation.

Optimising safety, efficiency and reliability often requires an integrated approach to developing individual, team and organisational capabilities in work organisation, planning and execution.

Why choose a custom program?

Our custom programs focus on building aligned organisational teams who learn together.

Our Impact

SLSM Program

Having experienced a number of serious safety incidents, Tronox, a leading a Global mining and mineral processing company initiated a 4 year operational and safety improvement strategy to deliver on their vision of safe, quality, low cost, sustainable tonnes. A central pillar in their SHEQ strategy was to enhance the capabilities of their SHEQ Professionals as well as the operational safety capabilities of their frontline leaders. They partnered with us and over a 2 year period more than 300 leaders have participated on the SLSM programs. The organisation now experiencing their best ever safety and operational performance at sites that have had a critical mass of leaders through the program. Other benefits include a strengthening in the relationships, partnering and alignment between the SHEQ and the operational parts of the company.

SLSM Program

Link Alliance comprises seven local and international companies working together to deliver Auckland’s City Rail Link project. There was a need to introduce consistent operational safety standards and as part of the actions to achieve these, Link Alliance partnered with us to enhance the safety leadership capabilities of their frontline leaders through the SLSM program. Over an extended period of time, groups of Link Alliance leaders joined consecutive public programs. This resulted in the emergence of a shared operational safety language, shared values and clearly understood performance expectations which were then further reinforced as each subsequent cohort returned to the workplace. Operational and safety performance continues to improve as the tools introduced through SLSM gain further traction.
